Deborah’s story did not begin in a classroom. It began with a search.
Like many women, she struggled with her weight and searched for answers that would deliver real, lasting results. Then she discovered a European slimming spa in New York City.
What happened next changed the course of her life. Within the first three weeks, she lost 17 pounds. A few weeks later, she lost another 9 pounds. Over the following weeks, she lost 19 more.
That experience became her life’s work.
Over the next 35+ years, Deborah pursued advanced training throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. She trained at the renowned Helena Rubinstein Institute in New York City, studied natural medicine, and continued her education with some of the most respected names in European aesthetics, slimming methods, and body treatments.
Whenever possible, she chose to learn directly from the creators and innovators behind the methods rather than secondhand sources.
